Updates of Semileptonic Results for Winter 2004

The changes of this update with respect to the previous status are described here. The averages are also summarized in a writeup with (partially) more detailed documentation.

All analyses are rescaled to a common set of input parameters defined in common.param.

Spreadsheet with the breakdowns of the errors can be found for incl |Vub| and excl |Vub|.
