1. Introduction

In the following (in no particular order), the updates for PDG 2004
with respect to PDG 2003 (web update) are discussed.
As usual, most of the error breakdowns can be found in

2. Changes to common parameters
-------------------------------
We use the updated input parameters for mixing and lifetimes from the
HFAG PDG 2004 update. For more information, please see

fbpb0:The quoted value is based on the average by Olivier Schneider of
two results by CLEO, one by BABAR, and one by BELLE.
chi: chi = f0*chi_d. This is based on fbpb0 as derived above. The
impact of the size of the error is on BF(B -> X l nu)

3. Delphi
