What's new in the October 2016 pages

• Tables now include results put on the arXiv until October 31st, including relevant preliminary results presented in ICHEP 2016 (but not yet results presented in the CKM workshop in Mumbai).
  Belle’s new b→s γ measurement (see: the slides presented in ICHEP) is now included.
• The tables and plots are identical to those published in the HFAG 2016 preprint.
• Various improvements and corrections in tables and plots.
